Percell Murphy, Jr., 58, of Clifton, NJ passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
He is survived by his wife Diana V. Murphy, his loving children (Triplets) Zayda, Xiomara and Marcello Murphy (age 17), mother Lucille Vivian Lee, his brothers Deverell, Dana, and sister Chylon Lee-Chipman. Percell spent many years working for Radio Shack as manager and District Manager. He was an avid football fan always supporting his favorite team, Philadelphia EAGLES. Born in Philadelphia, PA on July 19, 1965, Percell lived in Norristown, PA before meeting and marrying his best friend and moving to Clifton, NJ. Here he spent 17 years as an active member of the Clifton community participating in school activities at School 16 and Woodrow Wilson Middle School. Percell will be remembered for his unconditional love for others, his positive outlook, his kindness and generosity, and his perseverance in times of adversity. He was an excellent father, loving husband and a wonderful friend to all that knew him. Memorial Services for Percell will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 4 pm to 5 pm at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 330 Orange Road, Montclair, NJ 07042. Nocella, Salvatore, 83, of Little Falls, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Linda Nocella (nee Falcone). Cherished father of Rebecca Anne Nocella and Amanda Beth Nocella. Dear brother of the late Frank Nocella and the late Mary Nocella. Loving uncle to Emily and Kurt, Joseph and Wendy, Nicholas, Vincent and Daniela. Loving brother-in-law to Rita and Bob and Bob and Lori. Adored godfather to Anthony Cassisi, Vincent and Daniela. Born in Gaeta, Italy Salvatore immigrated to the United States in 1947 living in Paterson before moving to Little Falls 34 years ago. Sal served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Salvatore was an international banker and most recently worked as a comptroller for Vision Products in East Hanover before his retirement- but his favorite job was making mozzarella for everyone knew! He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Woodland Park. Sal was a proud Passaic Valley UNICO member as well as a past member of the Little Falls Jaycees. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 9 am to 10:30 am at Gaita Memorial Home, 154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls. Passaic Valley UNICO will perform a service at 9:30 am. A funeral mass will be held at 11 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 220 Browertown Road, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation online at www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org or mailed to 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 500, Chicago. IL 60611.
