It is with profound sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Tanya Lynn Congleton, a beacon of love and compassion, on Friday, April 19, 2024. Born Tuesday, December 26, 1972, Tanya was the epitome of a Tuesday's child, full of love, honesty, innocence and passion for everyone. An abundance of care, she was not afraid to shower you with her love and compassion. Her creativity showed through her creations of bracelets, crafts and puzzles she put together with love. She loved Michael Jackson and derived great joy from listening to his music while dancing around the house. She also loved to garden and would attentively care for the flowers she so enjoyed.
Tanya grew up amidst her enormous family in Wayne, NJ where she attended school at Schuyler Colfax. Those that knew and loved Tanya knew she was born with disabilities and challenges to overcome, but she never let that hinder her love of life. She was ever eager to be part of life and enjoyed every moment, no matter how brief, with everyone she encountered. Tanya never met a stranger. Tanya is preceded by her paternal grandparents Warren and Edna Congleton, maternal grandparents Hugh and Anne Caffrey, her parents Alan Congleton and Diane Caffrey-Patterson, her nephew Joseph "Joe-Joe" McCroy. She is survived by her daughter Monica Congleton and granddaughter Amelia "Mimi" Congleton, her siblings Diana, Alan and Aaron Congleton, and her nieces Christine and Erika McCroy, Molly and Brandy Congleton, her nephews Michael and Dusty McCroy, her boyfriend William "Billy" Berkemeyer and her dear friend Michael Pomales. Tanya leaves behind a large extended family, including many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews as well as many friends; far too many to name but all were very dear to her heart, and she loved nothing more than to give them a big hug when she saw them. Her family was the most important piece of her life. Her face would light up an entire room any time spent with them, no matter how brief. A service to celebrate Tanya's life will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at the Gaita Memorial Funeral Home, 154 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Little Falls, NJ. June 1, 1963- April 12, 2024 June Rosenberg, 60, of Lake Hiawatha, NJ, passed away on April 12, 2024. Mrs. Rosenberg was born on June 1, 1963 in Newark, New Jersey to Samuel and Margaret Raimondi. She fought a valiant battle with a signature toughness for which she is renowned, but eventually succumbed to her illness in the company of her children, Keith and Vivian, and eldest sister, Theresa Kistner. Those who had the privilege of knowing June can vouch that a kinder soul than hers is a rare find. With her attitude towards sticking up for and doing right by others, it is a surprise that she wasn't known as "June of Arc" in her lifetime. She will be remembered for giving limitlessly of her time, to listen and humbly advise if requested, to quite literally anyone who needed it. Her capacity to resist passing judgment exceeded the average person by an unclosable distance. She was a fountain of encouragement for her children, or anyone else's children if ever they needed one. The volume of her love exceeded the capacity of this Earthen sphere and as of April 12, 2024, it has spilled over. Mrs. Rosenberg is survived by her husband, Gregory, her children, Keith and Vivian, and her siblings Theresa Kistner, John, Michael, Samuel, Ronald and Patricia Raimondi. She will also be survived by her first grandchild, who is due May 3, 2024, whose name is yet to be determined, but many of the names she was consulted on are under serious consideration. She will truly be missed in this world and an immeasurably valuable addition to the next. Born and raised in Jersey City to the late Vincent and Ann (nee Casano), Vincent was the oldest of two sons to bless the family. After high school he was set up on a blind date with Carol A. Rossi and from then on, the two were inseparable. They married and started their life together. Vincent attended St. Peter's night school and by the time graduation came around they had their first baby. They worked hard at their dry-cleaning businesses, Carol's Classic Cleaners in Union City and later Dutch Maid Cleaners, Verona. Their family grew and soon he was the father of three. Sadly, Carol fell ill and passed in 1984 after a valiant bout with breast cancer. As the years passed Vincent sold the cleaners and took a job with Allstate where he could enjoy more time with his family which was growing again! He was soon crowned the title of Grandpa, and this was his favorite name for sure. Vincent played an active role in raising his younger 3 grandchildren. The title of Grandpa was fondly used by his grandchildren's' friends when they would be over to play. Often Vincent would be seen helping his grandchildren and their friends with schoolwork or bandaging skinned knees. He loved his NY Yankees and loved sharing stories of Yogi coming to the cleaners. When his oldest grandson was serving overseas, Vincent could be found watching a Yankees game with his grandson on the phone watching too. He loved his family and relished any opportunity for a meal together with a glass of wine, the holidays and playing with the grand pups. He will be missed beyond measure. We take comfort in knowing he is reunited with his beloved Carol (he would often refer to as his "girlfriend") and his daughter Ann Marie (1992) whom he's missed for so long. He leaves his children Vincent and his wife Gerry and Michele Kocotos; his grandchildren Holly Krill (Rob), Corey Mullins (Ryan), Kelsey Ditzig (David), Brandy Krisinski (Michael), Staff Sgt. Joseph Kocotos (Heather Williams), Carol Kocotos and Anthony Kocotos; his great grandchildren Jaxon, Justice, Damon Emmit; his brother Daniel Corsaro and many more dear relatives and friends. "We remember their love when they can no longer remember."

They made their home in Totowa and after a few years of running his business, Park Ave. Maintenance; he took a job with Frito Lay and would forever be known to the neighborhood kids as the snack guy. No child got passed Bill without receiving a bag of crunchy chips. He retired after decades of dedicated service. Having grown up with a shore home, Bill was blessed to continue this tradition with his own family. The heartbeat of the Bakker family started many moons ago and remains within the walls of "209". Mountains of memories and tons of love fill the home to this day. It was by the shores of Seaside Heights where he found his true happiness. Bicycling on the boardwalk, heading out on the boat and fishing the salty sea. He found solace in the company of passer-byers, and treasured moments spent with his family. His family was truly his greatest accomplishment and "Grandpa" - his proudest title. We remain grateful for his love and know that his joyful spirit will never leave us. He leaves his wife Margaret of 60 years; his children Cheryl Bakker, Michelle Maietta and her husband Michael, and William C. Born in Cuba, Bobby immigrated to the US with his parents, settling in West New York. After his schooling and working for several years, he opened his own provisions company. With the support of his loyal customers, the business flourished over the years and became successful. As a young man, he was over the moon to welcome his daughter into this world, and being a Dad has certainly been his greatest accomplishment. Many years back he was set up with Teresita Duran and the rest was history. With Terry, came her two children to love and nurture, and more children to laugh at his jokes. His love for life was evident in every aspect, from his beloved yellow 911 to his passion for dancing and music, where he found joy in just two steps. Yes, just two steps. His rhythm echoed his vibrant spirit! An avid hunter and fisherman, he found solace in the great outdoors, whether it be the tranquility of the beach or the majesty of the mountains. His infectious laughter filled every room, fueled by his knack for telling the best- and often the goofiest jokes. Though he may have left this world too early, his zest for life and the love he shared will forever remain in our hearts. He leaves the love of his life Teresita "Terry" Jorge Duran; his children Sarah Bombino (Justin Maher), Nicholas Duran (Bianca), and Deanna Duran (Paola Lopez); his loyal canines and hunting pals Cuba & Havana and many more dear friends and relatives.
